We are excited to announce our second annual community health fair hosted by the IAMACF. Please join us on Sunday, October 11th to receive free health services, screenings, and social resources.

☑️ Osteoporosis Screening
☑️ CPR / First Aid Education
☑️ Electrocardiograms (EKG) * For eligible seniors
